reputation in the industry is bolstered by multiple certifications as a state and local weapons
specialist, as well as a state and local LTC (License to Carry) instructor. Darryle further distinguishes
himself as a certified instructor and partner with the USCCA (United States Concealed Carry
Association) and holds the title of a certified NRA (National Rifle Association)
Range Safety Officer (RSO).

Dr. Sparks is not only a seasoned educator but also a certified instructor for both the USCCA and the NRA, specializing in pistol, rifle, In-home
and outside the home training.
With distinguished roles as the Chief Range Safety Officer and In-Home Safety Instructor, Dr. Sparks leverages her comprehensive training and vast experience to educate individuals on the safe and responsible use of firearms. Beyond her commitment to education, she is dedicated to empowering others with the essential skills and knowledge needed to safeguard themselves and their loved ones. Leonard Ray Sparks is a retired General Motors employee and a committed instructor affiliated with
the USCCA (United States Concealed Carry Association). As a certified NRA (National Rifle
Association) Range Safety Officer, Leonard actively advocates for safe and responsible gun usage.
Beyond his dedication to firearms, Leonard serves as a high school baseball coach, leveraging his
leadership skills to mentor and guide young athletes. With his wealth of experience and expertise,
Leonard stands as a highly esteemed member of both the firearms and sports communities.
